Be prepared for some laughs on this episode because I am sitting down with Los Angeles-based comedian, former porn actress, content creator and podcast host, Kate Kennedy of The Kennedy Assassination, The Camgirl Chronicles Podcast and Two Girls One Mic: The Porncast.
How a random job at a small porn production got Kate hired in Portland, Oregon, working behind the scenes, into her taking her first baby steps in front of the camera. Kate loved it so much that she eventually packed her bags and headed for sunny LA. There, Kate racked up many awards and nominations for her work in porn, slowly rising the ranks in the porn scene until COVID-19 shut her dreams down. Dabbling in stand-up comedy, Kate was able to share her experiences, both good and bad, as a comedy goldmine for material, gracing many of Hollywood’s oldest stand-up stages.
